Overview
The company offers two types of hosting solutions: Shared and VPS with minor variations of them, like Gaming VPS and WordPress.
The basic plan will yield you hosting of 1 website, 2GB disk space, 10 Email accounts, 1 database, and unlimited bandwidth. While VPS gives 20GB storage, 1CPU core, 1GB RAM, and 500GB bandwidth.
The site honestly could use some work or design overhaul. Right now the site is kind of messy and requires a lot of scrolling down. A knowledge base is available from the footer, and it contains around 60 articles that touch on various hosting issues.

As stated on the site, the tech support department is online 24/7 and you can contact them with live chat, by opening a ticket or by calling them on phone. As usual, I’ve tried out to contact support to test out response times. I chose live chat as it is the easiest way to reach support, but unfortunately, I had to wait whole 2 hours for a specialist to show up. Even considering that time, the overall dialogue was helpful and detailed, taking 13 minutes to answer my questions.

IveCloud provides daily automatic backups, but they are stored only for 3 days. Aside from backups, the company provides some performance and security measures like Imunify360 malware detection/deletion software, DDoS/BruteForce Protection, and Cloudflare with CDN to boost loading speeds. For better user isolation, CageFS and CloudLinux are used.

As usual, softaculous is provided allowing for an easy one-click installation of supported CMS platforms, addons n plugins. WordPress is strongly supported and optimized, being both a separate plan and an included feature. Free migration is available, should make a choice on moving to IveCloud, a specialist will take that task. The company has support for CGI and Perl. VPS can be hosted on both Windows and Linux OS and in location outside of Africa.
Users are granted Root/SSH access.

101Domains is an Irish hosting company, that was founded all the way back in 1999. And since then grew to offer services of shared, cloud, and dedicated hosting solutions. In 2007 they became one of the official ICANN registrants
