Aside from obviously dedicated server solutions, the company provides VPS solutions. The Basic VPS plan has 1 CPU core, 512MB of RAM, 20GB of disk space, and 1TB bandwidth

The site is compact, but the overall design looks somewhat old and could use some refurbishing.

The information about the more detailed hosting specifications is scarce. Although the company has its own knowledge base, it has only 4 articles.

ServersWorld claims that the client can get support 24/7. The support department can be reached by live chat, opening a ticket, or filling out a feedback form.  I tried to contact support with a live chat, and after waiting a whole hour a specialist showed up and after some 20 minutes of talking dealt with my questions.

Most of the additional services have to be paid, like backups or DDoS protection. Sadly these features are scarce and pricey. From what I could find, ServerWorld provides complete data loss protection.

Uptime is promised to be 99,9%.

Due to the sheer quantity of servers that the company provides, the solutions are highly customizable, additionally, you can choose between a variety of OS. Server management can be purchased. During configuration, you need to choose the “purpose” of the server which can be vague and confusing sometimes. You would also need to pay for server deployment time, so if you want your server in ready condition in a day, pay a hundred bucks.

As of now, ServersWorld only has an affiliate program, so users can profit from advertising the company’s services elsewhere.

The benefits of hosting on this company are really scarce, and even if they were there, most features have to be paid for and paid in great figures.

Honestly, ServersWorld has some ridiculously overpriced solutions, but not by themselves. First of all, setup fees are horrible, standing at 99$, secondly the IGST tax, and then add all of the payable features you get triple if not quadruple of the original price. Probably the cheapest plan you could find will be around 300$ and you can only pay monthly.
