Overview
Stablehost provides a full package of hosting services, Shared, VPS, and dedicated server solutions. At the first glance, the hosting appears basic as is their design, but it’s in a good way. The site is not overburdened with information, everything is in easy to reach places. All of their servers are running on modern SSDs with daily backups. The company has its own knowledge base available on the site.
Support
9.0
As stated on their website, the tech support department works 24/7 and is eager to help at any time. Support can be reached over by phone, email, phone, ticket, or live chat. Stablehost promises a response time of 5 minutes. And my test confirms that with the first reply being under 3 minutes and overall it took 7 minutes to deal with all of my questions
Although, there is a “VIP” support feature which seems a little bit unfair to common users.
Reliability
9.0
As mentioned earlier, Stablehost provides daily backups managed by R1soft. All of their servers are Enterprise level outfitted, using only the latest hardware, but be wary that some of the servers and their features are only available in different countries, which can be tedious to match.
StableHost offers unlimited bandwidth in every of their plan, so a random load spike will no longer crash your server
Uptime is promised 99.9%.
User Friendly
9.0
StableHost includes their own site builder, user-friendly and convenient to create your website. Besides that, every plan has an SSL certificate, easy to use, and create an email service.
cPanel comes with a one-click Softaculous installer, allowing you to install popular addons or CMS platforms. Support specialists will take the task of transferring your website, should you contribute the ticket.
Website stats are available from your user account. Most services come unmanaged, but VPS that comes with cPanel has management included.
SSH access is available for an additional payment.
