A basic shared plan allows hosting of 1 website on unlimited traffic and strangely unspecified disk space, but it comes with a free domain. For VPS it's 1GB RAM, 30GB disk space, and unlimited bandwidth to host as many websites as you want.

They are one of the few hosting companies to offer a 100% uptime guarantee. A knowledge base is available, filled with helpful articles regarding hosting, technicality, etc. Aside from the knowledge base, Dreamhost also offers compelling tutorials and comparisons.

Is claimed to be online 24/7 and can be contacted by either email or a live chat through a panel. If you are not an existing customer, you will be directed to the sales department. Live chat is using a bot instead of a real person, and it will eventually redirect you to email. Eventually, after approximately 3 hours, I’ve got a detailed response.
