As stated on the site, the tech support department is online 24/7 and you can contact them by live chat or by opening a ticket. I’ve tried out getting support through live chat and can say that my questions were answered quickly and mostly in a detailed way. Overall it took around 10 minutes for a specialist to answer all of my questions.

The company provides free daily backups for every one of the plans. The backups are stored off-site. HBHosting employs some security and performance measures. LiteSpeed and CloudFlare for better caching to boost upload speeds. For better security, there are exploit scanner, custom firewall, and brute force/DDoS protection. The company promises 99.99% uptime.

Instead of softaculous, Installatron is provided as an alternative, with pretty much the same functions of one-click installation of supported scripts. WordPress is heavily supported as a feature.
