PreWebHost presents itself as a cheap hosting that can provide all the necessary features and hosting solutions, like shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting with slight variations of Windows types for these. They offer backups in each plan along with RAID 10 SSDs. A knowledge base is available on site, hosting over 50 articles on different topics

The company states that the tech support department is online 24/7 and the average time to deal with the problems range around 30 minutes, with 2 hours being the maximum.

The support department can be reached over by live chat, ticket, Email, and skype.  As a usual practice, I’ve decided to test that by emailing a list of questions on various subjects, and after half an hour they have responded back with answers to some of them, asking for some clarification to be sent back

Along with the aforementioned RAID 10, PreWebHost used a number of security and performance features. For example, DDoS protection, support for Perl, Mbstring, CloudFlare, is included in every plan. Shared and VPS Linux hostings are running on KVM technology

Most plans are unmanaged solutions, with some rare exceptions of partly and fully managed solutions. Although you would need to have technical skills or a suitably skilled person to manage your server.

Softaculous and Attracta are provided, one allowing users to one-click install over 100 addons, CMS, and plugins, while later one improves your website’s search engine rating. The support specialists will also take the task of migrating your website to PrewebHost servers.

cPanel is used in Unix-based hosting plans, and Plesk is used in Windows plans, but both of these control panels have to be paid for.

The company offers unlimited traffic and webspace as its main features

PreWebHost offers both a versatile reseller hosting and an affiliate program, allowing its participants to earn by selling or advertising the company’s services under your own name.

The prices are indeed cheap, below market average. You can get shared hosting for as low as 1$ per month, although most plans have to be paid for annually, so take that in mind. Refund is only available for shared and reselling hosting and is 30 days long after purchase.

The payment can be made through Stripe, PayPal, or a bank card in USD.
