The support department can be reached over by live chat, ticket, Email, and skype. As a usual practice, I’ve decided to test that by emailing a list of questions on various subjects, and after half an hour they have responded back with answers to some of them, asking for some clarification to be sent back

cPanel is used in Unix-based hosting plans, and Plesk is used in Windows plans, but both of these control panels have to be paid for.

Pros
- Cheap;
- Both Windows and Unix hosting;
- Powerful SSDs running on raid 10;
- Unlimited disk space and traffic.
Cons
- Lacking descriptions, especially stability and security matters;
- Most of the features have to be paid for(ex. SSL, control panels);
- Mostly yearly payment periods.
