As would the name suggests, the company is built upon providing VPS solutions, but since its original founding date has grown to also provide cloud VPS. streaming hosting and dedicated server solutions. The starter plan has 1 vCPU core, 512 vRAM, 15GB of disk space, and 500GB bandwidth. A basic cloud plan has 1 vCPU, 1GB vRAM, 20GB of disk space, and a 4TB bandwidth.

VPS9’s site is flashy and filled with various animations. There are some minor inconveniences and inconsistencies to the site. A  knowledge base is available from the client area, having over 40+ articles on different hosting topics.

As stated on the site, the tech support department works 24/7(or sometimes 18/7) and you can contact them by phone, email, ticket, feedback form, or a live chat. To test out response times I’ve used a live chat, and can say that support personnel answers quickly, although requires some clarification from your side. Overall it took 15 minutes to deal with most of my questions in a soft-spoken manner.

Most of the data centers are rated TIER 3 with a promised uptime of 99.99%.

VPS9 provides its own DDoS protection software with CSF firewalls and RootKit Hunter. As a paid addon you can purchase Imunify360 or ImunifyAV+, both are powerful antivirus software. KernelCare can be purchased as well, and it allows you to reboot the server without downtime. LiteSpeed and Nginx web servers are provided with the first having a free, lite, option most of the time. Cloudflare can only be acquired through purchasing pro packages.
No backups are made by the company, or a backup service provided, so you'd have to figure out how to them yourself.

Softaculuos and WHMSC can be purchased. All of the plans are managed to some degree, either semi-managed or fully managed. Every plan can be fully customized to even minor details, but that will come at a price. On the other hand, scalability is not an issue with VPS9 as you can easily upgrade or downgrade your server without downtime.
Users are granted SSH/Root access.

The price set by VPS9 is below the market average if considering the semi-managed VPS plans, having the bottom price of 6€ a month, with the option of choosing a started plan for only 3€. But as a downside, almost all addons and features have to be paid for, and that could cost a buck, especially if you are customizing your VPS or dedicated server. There's a setup fee for each of the dedicated IPs. The refund period is eligible for 30 days after purchase. Be wary that a lot of features that were advertised have to be paid for
