They share similar, compact, and user-friendly designs. The company provides only shared hosting solutions. The main catch is that you can have it for free, or for a price, below the market average. A knowledge base/FAQ section is available on the site, that answers some of the most popular technical questions. Alternatively, you can ask a question on the forum, or look up a similar one.

As stated on the website, the tech support department is online 24/7/365, although that isn’t true for free web hosting solutions. You can contact them by email or by asking a question on a forum. In total, by email, it took over 5 hours to respond to some of my questions.

Although the free solutions are limited, this doesn’t mean that the paid ones are not. 000WebHost supports LiteSpeed, Cloudflare, LSCWP, and cronjob.

Every higher tier plan comes with increased resources and additional features.

Weekly or daily backups are available depending on the plan.

Uptime is promised to be 99% for a free plan and 99.9% for others.

000Webhost offers its clients a lot of free and useful features, for example here are just some of them: Custom control panel, Access, and DNS manager, GitHub integration. The company has its own one-click installer, allowing customers to mount different CMS platforms, scripts, etc onto their website.

As mentioned above, you can get a free hosting solution, provided you have a domain name registered beforehand or decide on using a 000Webhost subdomain. Aside from that, their prices are market average, starting from 9.49$ a month, but you’d save more should you make a subscription for a year or more. The company doesn’t provide refunds
