The basic plan allows you to host 2 websites, 10 GB of disk space, 512MB of RAM, and most importantly - unlimited bandwidth.
The site looks standard and slick, with every service lined up before a customer. Although there is a knowledge base available in the client area, it only has one article.

The company claims that its tech support department is online 24/7 and you a client can contact them by live chat, email, phone, or opening a ticket. I’ve tried to reach support with live chat, and after waiting approximately 30 minutes, a specialist came and tried to help me. But I got a feeling that they could not understand the specifics of the question and tried to sell me the most expensive solution.

GuessHost provides an optional daily backups service that costs only 0.50$. The company also provides some free features like DDoS protection, antivirus software, and Cloudflare CDN. Other than that, there is little to mention of other measures or features.
Uptime is promised to be 99%, which is lower than standard.
