As stated on the website, HostDash’s support department is online 24/7/365. You contact support in numerous ways, live chat, email, opening a ticket, or by filling a feedback form under the “contact us” section. I chose the option of live chat, waited 5 minutes for a specialist to show up, and in total that took around 13 minutes to answer most of my questions.

Almost, if not all features that HostDash provides are free and that includes safety and performance measures too. Here’s a shortlist: LiteSpeed to boost load speeds, CloudLinux for better user isolation, and Imunify360 for malware removal/detection. Additionally, the company is using NVMe drives only.

Aside from all of that, the company strives to be as much eco-friendly and green as it can be.
