The site is nicely and modernly designed, having both short and detailed descriptions. The company presents itself as an Eco-friendly, reliable hosting that promises great uptime and a lot of features. A knowledge base is available from the client area, mostly containing tutorials, and there are a lot of them, over 200 different howtos.

As stated on the site, tech support is online 24/7, and you can contact them by mostly opening a ticket, or through a live chat, but most of the time you’ll be redirected to a ticket. Eventually, by opening a ticket I’ve got a reply after 5 hours, with somewhat detailed answers.

Softaculous along with some other 1-click installers is provided as usual, allowing for an easy, one-click installation of popular, supported CMS platforms, add-ons, plugins, etc. Most of the plans include a SItePad website builder, one of the most popular builders out there. Most plans are running on Unix-based OS, but few have a Windows OS, and if you wish for a custom OS, you can provide the support team with a link to a downloadable .iso file so they will mount it. Server scalability is provided with the option to up/down scale your resources and extend of that can change depending on the virtualization type.

Users are not granted root/SSH access.
