As stated on the website, the tech support department is available 24/7 and you could contact them by phone, live chat, or by opening a ticket. Response times for tickets and live chat are claimed to be 1 hour and 5 minutes respectfully. As usual, I’ve decided to test out those claims by asking a set of random technical questions, and overall it took just under 10 minutes to answer them in a compelling way.

All of the company’s servers are outfitted with hardware/software RAID 10 SSDs. Both KVM and OpenVZ are available as preferred virtualization types in their appropriate and separate plans. Nginx along with CloudLinux OS are used to boost up websites load speed. VPSmalasya promises no limitation on resources and a 99.9% or higher uptime.
Unfortunately, backups are not provided, and you’d have to source them from elsewhere.

Users are provided with root/SHH access or administrator rights depending on the hosting OS. Scalability is not an issue for VPSmalaysia, as you can upgrade or downgrade at any time without a second of downtime.
Servers come unmanaged, so you have complete control over the server.
Softaculous is integrated with cPanel, allowing for an easy installation of supported CMS platforms, add-ons, etc.
Custom VPS control panel is provided as an alternative for cPanel.
