The company’s services are centered around offshore hosting, and as a client, you are presented with the most popular hosting solutions: shared, VPS, and dedicated hostings. Non-offshore has medium/High risk shared hosting and a dedicated server solution. The most basic shared plan, called "mini" has 3GB of disk space, 150GB bandwidth, and unlimited MySQL databases, email accounts and FTP accounts. For VPS it's 1CPU core, 512MB RAM, 20GB disk space, and 250GB bandwidth
The site is really compact, with categories easy to navigate, but otherwise lacks important information and details. A knowledge base is available from the client area, but it has only 5 articles.

As stated on the site, the tech support department is online 24/7 and you can contact them by phone, email, feedback form, live chat, or by opening a ticket. To test out the response times, I’ve used live chat and can say that the first response was quick, but specialists found my questions confusing and some of them were unresolved. In total it took 15 minutes

As a company that centers itself around topmost security, KoDDoS provides DDoS protection up to 350Gbps, but other security measures are only given to managed VPS clients. LiteSpeed and Cloudflare are provided to boost up loading speeds. The servers are running on modern RAID0 or RAID1 supported NVMe SSDs. Backups or in this case, snapshots are included only in VPS solutions

Refunds are eligible for 7 days after the purchase, and you will be refunded only 75% of the price you paid.

Koddos is a company aimed at businesses and very cautious ones. A client has access to the most popular hosting types and locations, with a lot of security features. Those who care about privacy, DDoS attacks, and/or want to host some rarely accepted content should try out KoDDoS.
Pros
- Response times are moderate;
- Three locations situated around the world;
- Strong DDoS protection;
- Free cPanel for some of the plans;
- Privacy and freedom of speech provided by an offshore hosting;
Cons
- Site lacks detailed service descriptions;
- No free SSL certificates by the company;
- For the most part, there are no other security measures except DDoS protection;
- Refunds are only 75% and last mere 7 days.
