As stated on their website, the tech support department works 24/7/365, and you can reach them through live chat, phone, or ticket system, which could be just not fast enough for some. Response time is up to 15 minutes, depending on the difficulty of the question, a simple question will take just a few minutes to solve, as did mine in my own test with 40+ articles.

FastComet utilizes numerous practices and software solutions to improve server security and stability, from 2FA, Account isolation, mentioned backups, and firewalls to DNS and Anti DDoS protection with Anti-Spam service.
