They present their services as being user-friendly, easy to install and use, with various different features available with one click, such as daily(or weekly) backups, Raid arrays, and much more. A knowledge base, under the name of the help center, is available, although it doesn’t have a lot of articles, just a very basic FAQ

As stated on the website, the support department is online 24/7/365 and you contact them by phone, email, or live chat. Live chat response time is stated as less than 1 minute.  I’ve tested this out myself, and wrote a couple of questions in live chat, and got a response after a whole 30 minutes later, eventually with additional 7 minutes (and that’s 37 minutes total)

Stronomic provides free daily or weekly backups for shared(WordPress) and VPS hostings respectfully. Shared hosting is running on Google cloud, an unrivaled and fast cloud platform All plans come with DDoS and BruteForce protection, full root access, and all their servers are using cloud technology to some degree.

Concerning the matter of stability and performance, Stronomic takes a lot of measures to ensure as much of it as they can. These measures include support for LiteSpeed, MemCached, KeepAlive, Brotli compression.

But the company doesn’t forget about security, providing customers with a decent amount of it, backed up by various software like multiple firewalls, BitNinja, and CageFS security.

The uptime is promised to be 99.99%

Their site appears user-friendly, everything is neatly organized and not overfilled with text, but it comes with a bit of downside with not presenting an option to fully describe all of the features. Stronomic also offers their instant “one-click” apps service to easily install Popular CMS platforms, add-ons, or plugins to your website. The free managed transfer is available, with a support specialist taking the job of migrating your website to Stronimic servers

The prices are below market average, but be cautious as the first month comes with a discount with renewal being full price afterward. The lowest price is 5.95$ for shared or WordPress hostings. The refund policy states that the money-back period is 45 days for Shared, WordPress, or a reseller, but it’s only so if you purchased a service for a year. The other solutions come with only 7 days period.

The payment can be made through PayPal or a bank card, and in two currencies: USD and INR.
