The site features a knowledge base, although it’s hard not to notice that compared to other companies, their knowledge base feels empty, and only features basic FAQ and articles.

As stated on the Verpex website support is online 24/7/365 and can be reached over by phone, live chat, email, or by opening a ticket. As usual I’ve decided to test out response time, and overall it took 25 minutes to deal with my questions.

On the website, there’s no mention of the fact if they even own a single data center.

The company runs all of its services in a cloud, which in itself means a lot of reliability points, but they don’t stop there. And by implementing different measures and software they archived incredible speeds. For example, their server supports LiteSpeed, are running on SSD, have Imufiny360 installed.

Verpex is actively working towards future-proofing and upgrading its servers, making the downtime even shorter.

The fact that the company doesn’t offer a lot of services allows them to keep their site nice and tidy, not overwhelming its users with giant massifs of text and information. 

You have an option to choose between managed and unmanaged hosting, and this greatly expands Verpex auditory.

You can get an unmanaged server for as low as 3$, but don’t be fooled by looking at the first-month price, as the first month is a lot cheaper, with renewal price being the “normal” price.
