Overview
As a client, you are offered the services of Shared, Cloud VPS, and dedicated server solutions with the addition of WordPress optimized hosting. The company’s site is nice, bright, and modernly designed but for some reason, it overuses stock images. One I could add is the moment you are logged in, the client area menu is overlaid on top of the site.
A knowledge base can be found in the footer of the site and from the client area.

GenXWHosting claims that the support department is online 24/7, and a client can reach support by phone, live chat, email, feedback form, or by opening a ticket. Phone support has its working hours of 10 AM to 7:30 PM IST.
Although I’ve tried contacting support with a live chat, I only got redirected and asked to open a ticket instead. But live chat itself is buggy, resetting should you switch tabs.
Reliability

Unfortunately, most of the additional services, like backups are paid only.
SiteLock security is also paid, and the only free security measure is DDoS but the company does not provide other security measures. From the performance side, there is a combination of NGINX and Cloudflare.
Uptime is promised to be 99.9%.
User Friendly

Softaculous is provided allowing for an easy one-click installation of supported CMS platforms, addons n plugins. WordPress is strongly supported and optimized, being both a separate plan and an included feature. Both Windows and Linux operating systems are available.
