The company provides the full package of the most widely spread hosting types: shared, VPS, and dedicated server solutions. Additionally, cloud and WordPress solutions are available as well. All of the shared plans are claimed as unlimited hosting. So even the most basic plan will have unlimited disk space, bandwidth, and email accounts to host just one website. For the side, it's 2CPU cores, 2GB RAM, 20GB disk space, and 1TB bandwidth.

The site is small, compact, and is riddled with animations, but there’s a downside in that the prices are presented in Indian currency. BetaHost does not have a knowledge base.

As stated on the website, BetaHost’s support department is online 24/7/365. You can reach support by using a live chat, opening a ticket, WhatsApp, or by email. But, considering this is an Indian company, support personnel are Indian as well, and communicating in English for them can be hard. In my experience, BetaHost’s support specialists are not an exception and although the responses were quick, not a single one of my questions were resolved.

There’s no information about the data center’s official TIER rating presented anywhere. 

Free backups are not included, instead, they come as a separate service, in it, they are daily and stored on a cloud. BetaHost still has plans based on HDD drives, specifically, dedicated servers don’t have SSD support. Most of the other servers are running on RAID-supported SSD drives. BetaHost takes integrates some performance measures in their servers like Cloudflare CDN, xCache, OpCache, APC, all of them meant to speed up loading times tenfold. Additionally, the company provides DDOS protection and antivirus/malware scanner software.

Uptime is promised to be 99.95% or higher.

As usual, softaculous is provided allowing for an easy one-click installation of supported CMS platforms, addons n plugins.

WordPress is strongly supported and optimized, being both a separate plan and an included feature. The company includes a website builder in shared plans. Additionally, free and managed website migration is available with a dedicated specialist taking that task. Server management service is available as a paid service.

Shared solutions can be hosted on both Windows and Linux OS.

Users are not granted Root/SSH access.

The prices set by BetaHost range from below to around the market average, with shared solutions being the cheapest: starting at 3.36$ per month. The prices are listed in INR, which is inconvenient for the rest of the world, as you have to convert currency. Should you decide on buying solutions by yearly plans, there will be a discount. There are no setup or installation fees.

The refund period is eligible for 30 after purchase.
