The company offers all of the popular hosting solutions, which means shared, VPS, dedicated server hosting. In addition, WordPress-centric and Cloud VPS plans are available. The starter pack in shared solutions allows you to host 1 Website on 40% CPU, 512MB RAM with unlimited disk space and bandwidth. For VPS it's 20GB disk space, 100GB bandwidth, 512MB RAM, and additional 2 IP addresses.
The site is easy to use and navigate, as it is designed by modern standards. A knowledge base is available on site, having a lot of material that covers hosting tutorials, issues, etc.

As stated on the site, the working hours for phone support is 9 AM to 5 PM EST, while live chat is 7 AM to 10 PM EST, and you can reach them by means of a live chat, phone, feedback form, or a ticket, with last option being 24/7 support. As usual, I’ve decided to run a test to find out the response time, and overall it took 13 minutes for a specialist to deal with all of my questions.

The company is aimed at businesses of any scale, as their prices can be viewed as too high for small-time users, so it's really affordable for business ventures with an appropriate budget and a skilled person. Nevertheless, HostUpon would be a nice choice to start out your eCommerce website.
