The most basic shared plan, in this case, called "economy" offers 10GB storage, 500GB bandwidth, with pretty much other low-cost plans having the same amount of resources.
The site is sleek and modern, everything is nicely designed and easy to navigate, although sometimes it can be hard on the eyes with its colors and contents.
The company has its own knowledge base that touches various hosting issues and topics in over 80+ articles.

IcdSoft guarantees an average ticket response time of 7 minutes and 1 hour for emails. I’ve used live chat to test that out. The first reply was quick, under 1 minute, and overall it took 15 minutes to resolve all of my questions.
