As a WordPress-focused company, SkyStra only has WordPress solutions with the option to install WooCommerce on top. 

The "starter" plan allows you to host 1 website on 20GB of storage, unlimited bandwidth but with a limit of 20 000 visits per month.

The site is extremely compact, with almost all information presented to users contained on the main page. A knowledge base under the name of “Help Center” that has around 60 articles.

As stated on the site, support is online 24/7, but you can only contact support by a feedback form or by opening a ticket. I’ve tried to contact support, but my first ticket was seemingly ignored or overlooked, but after sending a second, somewhat different ticket, I got an answer after just 20 minutes.

Some of the features that SkyStra provides have to be paid for like backups, security, and caching. Strangely so, the company only vaguely describes these addons, like Advanced security, Premium caching, and so on.

The uptime guarantee is not stated anywhere.

WordPress toolkit is included with every plan, and with it, you can manage themes/plugins and stage/clone sites. Should you decide on moving your website to SkyStra, a dedicated specialist will take that task. All plans are also optimized for WooCommerce. SkyStra uses WordPress SaaS platform, which allows mounting any plugin on your server.

Users are granted SSH access.

Skystra has only an affiliate program, so users can profit from advertising the company’s services elsewhere.

The prices listed by SkyStra can be considered market average, with the cheapest plan, called “Starter” costing 7$ per month.
